Bucky
On Tuesday Mom and I went to the Backles house in Larkspur. This little fellow lives under their front porch. He looks deranged, and it is kinda creepy. I even went on the top of the porch and looked down at him through the cracks and he was staring right at me!!!

Merry Christmas!!!
I am in a Christmas mood. Jess and I went to church on Monday for the women's group and wrapped and filled shoeboxes for the Samaritans Purse Operation Christmas Child. So we had Christmas cookies and Christmas music. I also just finished playing travel agent for Jeff and myself, so we are set with tickets and rental cars for going up north!! ALSO I raided the shed and stole the Christmas decorations so that Matt and I can be festive! I am so excited to get my own tree and decorate with Matt! Mom and I went to the thrift store and I got some more decorations too! To top it all off, we woke up this morning to a couple inches of SNOW!!!

Sarah Palin Rally #2
On Monday morning (literally, 5am), Jessica and I drove down to the Sky Sox Stadium in the Springs (the minor league baseball team) to attend another Sarah Palin rally. Jessica was in charge of handing out voter guides and I went along to help out. It was freezing and dark, and PACKED. I thought everyone in the world was voting for Obama, but there was quite the turnout for this Palin rally, so I was very pleased to see that. As is typical for the Springs, the majority were from the local AF and Army bases (I guess they want a Commander in Chief who has military experience...). When the sun finally rose, we went inside the stadium and waited for Palin to come.
What I didn't know was that Hank Williams Jr is touring with Palin and he came out on the stage and sang 5-6 songs. That was exciting. He sang the National Anthem too, that is always awesome.

I should have brought my zoom camera, because the iPhone doesn't have one, but regardless. Sarah Palin, her husband Todd and the two younger girls (Willow and Piper) were there.

Afterwards the girls were signing autographs, that was cute. Unfortunately it started to rain! BRRRR. And speaking of burrr we are supposed to get 2-3 inches of snow tonight!

Runaway Cow!
Turning from Tomah onto 105, my mom and I noticed a cop sitting there. So we decided to create a diversion to save the speeders from a ticket (the speed limit on 105 is too low). So we went to the local farm and let a baby cow out. Then went back and told the cop about it. Okay, jk we did not let the cow out, but the rest of it is true. The cop did not seem to care one bit about the cow, but came over anyway. So we stopped and watched the events. (The cop didn't like me taking pictures but I was just laughing at him). He must have called the owner and got the combo for the lock on the gate, because he eventually got the gate opened and chased the cow back into the fence. Quite the excitment!

Breakfast with Sarah Palin
Saturday I went to the XJet Hanger at the Centennial Airport for a breakfast rally with Sarah Palin. I had a professional picture taken with Palin, and I will post that as soon as I get it (which better be soon!!). These are taken with AirMe on my iPhone. After shaking hands, and picture taking, we ate breakfast and then Sarah Palin gave a speech. She was introduced by the ex-Bronco John Lynch.
